I've been in this store twice over the last few days and I cannot recommend it enough! We received incredible and friendly service from both Frankie and Laura, on each occasion they were so helpful, gave us samples of teas we were interested in and were able to tell us so much about each of the different teas we bought, you could see they both really had a passion for what they were doing! They were so friendly and up for a chat, and to be honest I would go back just for them, but the teas that they both recommended to us was very nice as well! I recommend if you're in the Liverpool store to get the strawberry fields tea, as it is their local special! You will be able to sample teas you're interested in while you're there! Overall a 10/10 experience and I hope I can come back some time!

Amazing place to buy matcha. The staff is extremely friendly. I was buying matcha for the first time and a lovely lady helped me to choose the best matcha to start with, explained (and even showed!) how to prepare it and recommended the necessary tools. 100 per cent will be buying from this shop again.

I had an amazing experience with Em! she noticed we were peeping the matcha flavours and offered help - when we mentioned that we were begginers, she prompts set us up with a free demo on how to prepare the product! we fell in love :) I've already knew the tea selections, but now we will have to come back soon to stock up some more matcha

Brilliant staff in the new Liverpool store, but I definitely need to give a shout-out to Paul... What an absolute gorgeous person you are... At Bird and Blend, there's always wonderful service and help in choosing a Tea, or Matcha, especially if you are new to this brand... There are always lots of taster samples to try in store and a lovely little cafe area to buy a brew or 2... Millie and her new Liverpool team are an absolute credit to the B&B brand. I'm so happy that I now get the choice of 2 wonderful stores... Liverpool and Manchester.. Thank you, Bird & Blend

Always a joy to go to this shop, wonderful staff and I aways feel very welcome when there. Frankie is a very friendly and kind hearted worker, they're always extremely kind and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend the visit for the good vibes and nice tea :)

Really great. I had my eyes opened reading tea, and it was really good. We went to the store in Liverpool, the people serving took their time with us (especially me) and nothing was too much bother. And they knew about tea!

I am obsessed with this brand anyway - but I must say I had such a positive experience in the Liverpool store that I had to share it and make sure the staff know how appreciative I am All of the staff were friendly and chipping in their knowledge where relevant, which I cannot understate the importance of as someone who struggles with their tastes and thought matcha was a card game. I must give a special shoutout to Frankie who from the beginning made us feel welcomed into the store and shared their interest in tea and helped us with some samples. I will definitely be visiting again!
